Summary: Intensively discussed in recent years, the impact of the so called feminization of the medical profession is now perceptible, and has to be filled with life in daily business. Not only older colleagues give some thoughts to this issue, and the collision „in the wild“ with younger women holds some tricky aspects of interpersonal relationships. Meanwhile, as a younger female doctor I am still faced with various preconceptions and divergent claims.
